For better or for worse, unless we intervene and intentionally create new pathways, the lessons we learned from family relationships set the stage for the types of relationships we will purse as adults.

If we have a history of trauma, neglect, or watching those around us have less than ideal relationships, we may internalize these patterns, pass them down to others, and face roadblocks in our intimate relationships.

To get the relationships we want, we must intentionally break these generational patterns by exposing them, learning the tools that will help us move in a different direction, and how to remain open to love.

In this workshop, you will learn:

What family patterns exactly are your repeating in your new relationships
How to “give back” shame, depression, anger, and other unwanted emotions that were given to by caregivers
How to break the patterns of love addiction, codependence, and love avoidance in your families by changing your actions
How to get what you ACTUALLY need from relationships to feel secure
Overcoming fear of abandonment, loss, and being not enough while dating
Making boundaries with relationships that that hold you back from moving forward (special focus on family relationships)
