1) By purchasing this coaching package, you understand that the Shena will be operating as your coach and not as your therapist. As such, sessions are psychoeducational in nature and are not covered by insurance and care is not submit to any HIPAA or licensing laws.
2) If in extreme distress or need support outside of the scope, you may be referred to continue work with a licensed mental health professional in your area.
3) Due to the nature of this service, this coaching package is not eligible for refunds including pro-rated amounts for unused sessions.
